Senior Matrimonial Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced divorce and family law paralegal to assist the attorneys in the management of our legal support team and the associated case work. Our office is a fast-paced, team-environment that is focused on helping our clients achieve their goals in divorce and family law matters.

 

Location: White Plains, NY – In-Office Full Time

 

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (DOE)

 

Must-have: 3+ years of divorce & family law paralegal experience in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do

  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, affidavits (including financial disclosure forms), discovery documents, parenting plans, and settlement packages;
  • Manage court filings, track important deadlines, and maintain precise case calendars;
  • Coordinate client intake, memorialize interviews, and assist with high-net-worth client matters;
  • Organize trial binders, exhibits, attend prep meetings, hearings, and mediations;
  • Collaborate with attorneys to anticipate case needs and support emerging strategy and deliverables;
  • Proactively monitor statuses, alert attorneys to key developments, and ensure client cases move forward smoothly.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 3+ years in divorce/family law—experience with child support, custody, asset division, etc.;
  • Strong competence in document drafting, e‑filing (e.g. NY eCourts), and case management systems;
  • Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skill, and ability to handle multiple active files;
  • Empathy, professionalism, and polished client communication skills required;
  • Proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a collaborative startup-style environment.
