What Information is Collected?

We collect the personal information that you provide to us when you express an interest in receiving information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on the services, or when you simply contact us. The type of personal information provided will depend on the interaction you have with the Firm. Usually, the type of identification information we collect will be names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

 

We do not process sensitive infromation

Is Personal Information Collected Automatically?

Some information is collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our services, and other technical information is automatically captured by the website. Like most businesses, these points of data are collected through cookies and similar technologies. 

  • Log and Usage Data are service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our services. We record this data in log files. The log file may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity and interactions with our services (i.e. date/time stamps, pages viewed, files downloaded, searches, etc.).
  • Device Data, such as information regarding your computer, phone, tablet, or other device used to access our services will be collected.   • Location Data regarding your device’s location will be collected. How much information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access our services. How is Your Information Processed?

We delete or anonymize information that is no longer useful to the purposes set forth in this privacy notice. If we must store your data, it is done so securely in a database isolated from further processing, until deletion is possible.

 

We use appropriate and reasonable technical and organization security measures designed to protect the security of any and all personal information we gain, possess, or have access to. That being said, it is not possible to guarantee that any data on the internet can be 100% secure from cyber-attacks, malware, and other nefarious and unauthorized actors. As such, we cannot promise that our servers will not be accessed by hackers, cyber criminals, or other third parties who are not granted access to our data by us. You should only access our services within a secure environment, with a stable and secure connection.

 

Your Rights

If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe that we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of processing and data collection that occurred prior to your withdrawal of consent.

California residents are granted specific rights by the State of California, under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, known as the “Shine the Light” law. This allows residents of California to request and obtain from us, once a year, free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) that we have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, are a resident of California, and have a registered account with our services, you have the right to request the removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on our services. To request the removal of such data, please contact us in writing using the contact information provided below and include the email address associated with your account, as well as a verification statement of your California residence. Upon verification, we will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on our website, but please be aware that the data may not be completely removed from all of our systems.
