Nussair P. Habboush is a distinguished family law attorney renowned for his ardent advocacy on behalf of clients in the most vulnerable stages of their lives.
Prior to joining the Douglas Family Law Group, he was the principal attorney at Habboush Law, where he focused on matrimonial and family law, as well as criminal defense litigation. Nussair has an impressive track record of trying numerous cases to verdict, including both jury and bench trials, and was among the first to argue new laws relating to issues of LGBTQ child custody rights before the New York Appellate Division-Second Department.
His sharp wit and creativity have proven valuable when handling complex cases that require ardent advocacy.
